Getting in Shape Update 35

Man, is this yo-yo thing getting annoying. We went to Six Flags Sunday, and I walked for about 6 hours, but I also ate junk and drank non-diet soft drinks.

Starting Weight = 267.0

Last Week's Weight = 219.5

Today's Weight = 224.0

Weight Gain in past week = 4.5 pounds



TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS
= 43.0 pounds



I knew last week's weight was artificially low because my crazy schedule right now caused me not to eat any dinner two nights, but I didn't think I'd gain back as much as I did.

A couple of pounds here or there doesn't really matter. Keep up the good work, you look GREAT!
