Snacked much less and did better not eating in the evening after dinner.

Starting Weight = 267.0

Last Week's Weight = 224.5

Today's Weight = 221.5

Weight Loss in past week = 3.0 pounds



TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS
= 45.5 pounds

Great job on the weight loss! Many congratulations to you! I am also on a weight loss trek, losing 25 lbs since mid-April on South Beach. Love the plan and find the food choices quite edible, not too restictive or with too much counting like many other diets. Can't "weight" to see you at the 20-year reunion!
