Scales are just one measure of how you are doing.<BR/><BR/>I think it is best to judge whether you have had a good week not by the scales but rather whether day by day during the week you have done much more healthy things than unhealthy things. Usually if you have been very active, and have done a good job of not eating junk and things that aren't good fuel for the body, the scales thing just follows.<BR/><BR/>I agree that 5 pound fluctations don't mean squat, though it is nicer when they fluctate down. Keep on keeping on!!! Sometimes it is harder to stay motivated when the weightloss numbers slow down, but this is the time to redouble your efforts.
