Getting in Shape Update 34

Avoided eating after dinner and drank a lot of water. I also ate significantly more protein than normal.

Starting Weight = 267.0

Last Week's Weight = 225.5

Today's Weight = 219.5

Weight Loss in past week = 6.0 pounds



TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS
= 47.5 pounds
